How does it work?

Complete the request for a Member Referral Link at the bottom of this page. Our marketing team will create a unique landing page for you and provide you with the URL and a QR code.  Share it via text, email, social media, or on your company website, and your newly recruited members will count toward your reward.

Who can be recruited?

Businesses engaged in Michigan's construction industry are eligible for CAM membership - this includes general contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, and service providers, such as consultants , attorneys, financial advisors, etc. When an organization joins, all employees are considered to be CAM members. 

Please note the referral program is not valid for current renewals. Referred members must not have held a CAM membership within the previous 12 months.

Recruitment Tips - We're Here to Help!

• Tell the story of why you’re a member - Is it the Annual Meeting, networking opportunities, safety program, labor assistance, or the Virtual Plan Room? Why did you join?
• Give examples - A positive testimonial can be one of the strongest tools when encouraging colleagues to join.
• Focus on their needs - Ask questions about their career goals, and based on their answers, identify and highlight the benefits of greatest value.
• Provide colleagues with your unique link. 
• Follow-up - Touch base in a few weeks to thank them and ask if they have any questions.

Fine Print

A coupon code will be provided for each new member company that completes the application at your link and submits payment for annual dues. All employees of CAM member companies are eligible to use the active coupon code for classes and networking events. Coupon codes will be deactivated if your membership cancels. Some exceptions apply. Coupons are not eligible for use on exhibitor space, virtual plan room subscriptions, Annual Meeting, or otherwise specified classes and events.
